VirtualDJ 2025 Launches, Adds StemSwap Sampler

StemSwap Sampler adds a new function to VirtualDJ’s existing sampler that allows you to sample your choice of stems in real-time from any playing track, then play them over other tracks, automatically muting the corresponding stems in those tracks – hence the name, StemSwap Sampler.

You can configure sample slots to automatically sample vocals, drums, or any combination of vocals, drums, hi-hats, bass, and melody (for instance), and save these in sample banks within the software.

Once you’ve done this, by triggering a StemSwap sample over another playing track using the controls on that deck’s sampler, VirtualDJ 2025 will automatically mute the corresponding stems on the track that you trigger the sample over.

This means that instant vocal swaps, re-drums, and so on are now possible using the same sampler features and mappings that you’ve always used in the software.
