On show at the Novation booth here at NAMM 2015 is the company’s latest controller for Ableton Live called the Launchpad Pro. Building on the success of the much-loved Launchpad and Launchpad Mini, the Launchpad Pro retains the intuitive features and ease of use that made the previous generations of Launchpads so successful.
The main difference here on the Launchpad Pro is an all new, pressure-sensitive 8×8 grid of backlit pads, putting it in the same league as Ableton’s own Push controller. It also looks sleeker and feels more like a professional musician’s controller for stage and studio, thanks to a cosmetic upgrade.
