KRK has this week launched its new Rokit Generation 5 series of monitor speakers in 5, 7 and 8-inch woofer variants. This is the latest update to this popular entry-level monitor series.
They are bi-amped, offering class D amplification, KRK’s iconic yellow Kevlar woofers, silk dome tweeters, XLR and 1/4″ jack inputs and four M6 mounts on the bottom of the speakers. The speakers have three voicings: Mix, which is a flat EQ voicing; Focus, which emphasises the mid-range; and Create, which is for casual listening. Additionally, there are 25 EQ combos.
They are available now priced at $199 / $269 / $319 for the 5, 7 and 8-inch sizes, respectively.
