Recently announced and on show for the first time here at the BPM | PRO Show 2017, the Reloop Touch controller for Virtual DJ has a big 7″ touchscreen that lets you control four decks of Virtual DJ as well as navigate your library without reverting to your laptop.
It still needs your laptop to be plugged in and running Virtual DJ, so in that way it is more like a controller such as the Numark NV than, say, the Pioneer XDJ-RX2. But that said, it’s the first controller of this type designed for Virtual DJ, and at a price point around £600 it’s going to appeal to DJs who want to be able to DJ without a laptop in view but can’t afford the Pioneer DJ route at twice the price (and then some).
