Algoriddim also says that the software now offers hardware control over its popular Crossfader Fusion AI-powered mixing feature, and also highlights an extensive rewrite of the windows version of the software to take advantage of ARM64 processors, adding in the latest version of Neural Mix stems separation.
Android users can look forward to Beatport and Beatsource being added to their version of the software, and in a cosmetic but much-needed addition, there is now a day mode in the Mac OS variant.

Our Thoughts
It’s really good to see Algoriddim adding in more popular controllers and hardware devices, because any DJ software – in our view – lives or dies on the strength of its hardware integration. We would still like to see a few more pieces of hardware in here and improvements (such as proper use of screens) made to some existing integrations, but this is a massive leap in the right direction.
Video walkthrough
Algoriddim ambassador (and our tutor) DJ Angelo created a detailed walkthrough of all the new features, improvements, and integrations to help users get up to speed with Djay Pro 5.2.
As far as what else Algoriddim could do, we’d like to see as far as possible full-on feature parity across platforms, and therefore upgrade releases simultaneously across platforms too – but failing that, constant improvement is the next best thing, and on that note, the various ARM64-powered Windows computer improvements also announced today are to be welcomed as well.
