UDG has just announced two new bags for DJs, namely the Ultimate Backpack Slim and the Ultimate Waist Bag. The Ultimate Backpack Slim is a lightweight backpack that can hold up to a 17” laptop, a tablet, and an expandable main compartment that can hold larger gear such as a Numark PT01 portable turntable or a Pioneer DJ DJM-S9 mixer.
The Ultimate Waist Bag is for casual use and can be slung across your chest or worn as a fanny pack (or bum bag as they’re called in the UK). It can hold items in your everyday carry such as a phone, keys, wallet and headphones.
It’s great to see UDG make new bags for portablists and scratch DJs, and it’s also cool to see them get on the was it bag bandwagon made huge by streetwear brands like Supreme and even high street icons like Gucci.
