Serato DJ
Serato just released the latest version of Serato DJ, which comes with support for Ableton Link, letting you sync it with other Link-enabled apps.

Serato just announced the release of Serato DJ 1.9.3. The latest version of the software comes with Ableton Link baked in, meaning you can sync it with other Ableton Link-enabled apps, including Ableton Live. The Serato Sampler also gets an upgrade, coming with eight slots instead of six, and the new Roland DJ-808 controller is now supported.

Ableton Live integration in Serato DJ is nothing new (remember The Bridge?), but this time it’s a lot simpler: the tempo between Serato DJ and Ableton gets synced, along with other apps connected to Ableton Link, letting you spin tunes in Serato along with your Live project on time and in phrase.

• Serato DJ 1.9.3 is now available. Check the Serato website for more details.
