Looks like the software wars are about to hot up even more: Virtual DJ 8 is being shown off by Atomix at a series of workshops, indicating that the product is ready and its actual release is imminent (and no, cynics, it ain’t an April Fool…).
This week we’ve received word of two free Virtual DJ 8 Clinics being held by American DJ in Los Angeles and Miami this April (see flyer below), indicating that Atomix – the makers of Virtual DJ – has a finished product on its hands. What’s more, we’ve got an exclusive screenshot (above) showing you what the finished software looks like.
We’ll of course bring you pricing, availability and a review / video talkthrough as soon as we have it, but meanwhile if you live in one of these cities you can attend to be one of the first to get hands-on with what is – at last – a production version of this long-awaited package.
