Sure, it’s pure gear porn, but if you’ve been watching today’s Apple Keynote (“Hey! It’s an iPhone in a champagne-type colour! That’ll be the best part of a grand please…”) you’ll know that style and colour of products does actually shift units. Especially when (we’re back in the DJing world now) it’s the Pioneer DDJ-SX that’s had a paint job. This is a pretty much universally admired DJ controller at the top-end of the market, whose position can only have be strengthened by the resurgence of its chosen platform Serato‘s new, unified rebirth – and that’s before this rather fetching white remake of it.
Anyway, you’ve got our Pioneer DDJ-SX review to refer back to if you’d like the low-down on the unit. As this is simply a cosmetic remaking of it, nothing left but to give you another pic to drool over (click to enlarge):
So, if you’re in the market for a DDJ-SX, will it be this one or the dark version? You now have a choice… so let us know in the comments.
