The latest update for Serato DJ, 1.5.2, has been announced, with support for the Vestax VCI-100 Mk2, Numark Mixdeck Quad and new Pioneer DDJ-SB, plus the new addition of scrollable FX drop-down menus. There is also a brand-new FX pack, the decidedly lo-fi sounding Chip Pack FX Expansion Pack, which is demoed in the video above and which is available for purchase separately as a plugin, alongside the previously released FX packs.
If you have a compatible controller and want to give Serato DJ a go, it is available with a free 14-day trial, after which you can purchase the software for US$129.
